Small Group Bible Study
The Small Group Bible Study is held each Sunday at 9:00 am in the Multipurpose Room where the topic is the sermon Bible lesson of the day.
Men’s Small Group Bible Study
The Men’s Small Group continues its study of the Book of Acts. The men gather every Thursday, 10AM in the church’s Multipurpose Room. NT Wright’s “Acts for Everyone,” Part Two, is the study guide. Men are invited for a deeper look at Scripture and great fellowship, or contact Bob Axley for questions, email@example.com.
Women’s Bible Study
Women’s Bible Study meets Thursday, June 6, 10:30 AM–12:00, at the Beach Club. We are studying the Book of James with a lively, questioning spirit. Always free and newcomers welcome. (No meeting May 23.)
CitF Women’s Small Groups
CitF Women’s Small Groups meet regularly for confidential sharing, accountability and prayer. We have groups that meet late morning, early afternoon and after work. Please contact Pastor Joanne for more information.
CitF Book Club
The Church in the Forest Book Club will take a break June and July.
The next meeting will be Friday August 23 at the Goree home: 549 Hillcrest Avenue, Pacific Grove. Refreshments served beginning 5:30PM; discussion begins 6PM. The selected book is Into the Magic Shop: A Neurosurgeon’s Quest to Discover the Mysteries of the Brain and the Secrets of the Heart
